The intention of holding the circle is to provide a space for women to come together and share more of themselves authentically in a structured container. May what gets revealed within the circle feed into our lives in supportive + nourishing ways. Let's create connections here and spread the love to our in-person communities.
This is a co-created and private space for each woman to receive the medicine of BE-ing with one another in authenticity
Planting the Seed in Detail
This Down 2 Earth (D2E) Women's Circle occurs once a month on the 1st Wednesday.
The topic, or Contemplation, for participants to reflect upon and share within the circle will be shared 1-5 days prior.
The Contemplation provides an opportunity to peel back the layers of our experiences and peer under the surface.
The Circle provides the space to share what we came away with through our reflection process.
The Contemplation topic may revolve around resources (earth), communication (air), passion (fire), or relating to others (water). The particulars of each Contemplation will be worked out by tuning into what feels most helpful to bring to the group.
Ultimately, the Contemplation is meant to ask questions that aren't usually asked within our typical, day-to-day conversations. It is a call to guide us inward, tease out what wants attention, and provide the parameters of what we share within the circle. It is entirely up to you how deep you want to go with us.
If one does NOT want to get intimate and present with certain traits, beliefs, and patterns one holds, this may not be the best place for them.

Please be aware that the Circle is about 95+% ACTIVE LISTENING.
Listening to the shares within the space can be an opportunity to gain perspective from the diversity of shares from the other women.
It's nice to know that we're not alone on this journey called Life and to receive nuggets
of wisdom from others' lived experiences.
To respect everyone's time, this space is structured so that everyone can share the gold of their reflections. Lead or mercury is ok too - meaning it doesn't have to be gold and can be something you're still figuring out!
Within smaller circles, individual reflections may be verbally acknowledged by the host.
Within larger circles, we will break out into smaller groups for a short portion of the call to allow everyone to share within a smaller group and receive acknowledgment of their share by one person. When this happens, the remaining Circle time will determine how many people can share what they took away from their Reflection Time or the Listening Time.

Exchange
This is currently a FREE offering. The real exchange is you choosing to show up to the call just as you are and being real. The sweet spot will be creating community and connections with other women.
Community Guidelines
All attendees must read and agree to the community guidelines before attending a gathering.

Time
It is highly recommended that you join the monthly call in a space where it is less likely for you to be disturbed. We all lead full lives, so there will be times when one needs to multitask to join. As much as possible, carve out some time to be present and alone with us.
Privacy
In the times when we can not be alone, please wear headphones so the others' shares are not overheard.
Age Diversity
Mature, young women are welcome. Please let Crystal know if you are younger than 21 when you request to join your first circle.
