Thank you for taking the time to land here with me. Here are some snippets of who I am coming to know myself as. This will evolve, I'm sure. 
 

• I am a fiercely loving woman who values clear communication + integrity.
   

• I am in a devoted relationship with a man who inspires + supports me. Through our 18+ year relationship, I have learned much about how much one can grow by leaning into their partnership as Sanctuary + Crucible.
   

• I was once "Wolf Mama" at a wolf + wolfdog sanctuary in New Mexico. I spent my 20s there + learned much about how one chooses to play small, hide in the shadows of others, and how one can get lost in the world of self-imposed limitations or get lost in the stories that we tell ourselves. 

  • Don't get me wrong, my time there was extremely rewarding + it was a privilege in ways that I can't express in a paragraph. 

  • I have shed my skin multiple times since I began that chapter of life, and continue to do so in my 30s.
